Preparing this material requires precision and adherence to specific techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After sample selection, caterpillars undergo a process of fixation and preparation for storage. One of the classic methods is&nbsp;<em>blowing<\/em>: the internal contents are carefully removed from the larva&#8217;s body, preserving its external form and morphological features. Subsequently, the samples are dried, which prevents tissue decomposition and ensures long-term preservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This approach makes it possible to preserve the characteristic features of a species, which is extremely important for subsequent comparative studies, species identification, and educational work \ud83d\udcda\ud83d\udc1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is from these seemingly minor and meticulous steps that a reliable scientific foundation is formed\u2014a foundation without which effective forest protection would be impossible \ud83d\udc9a\ud83c\udf33<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
