State Specialized Forest Protection Enterprise “Kharkivlisozahyst” (EDRPOU code 21205388, registered at: 127 Nezalezhnosti St., Pokotylivka village, Kharkiv district, Kharkiv region, 62458) (hereinafter referred to as the Enterprise), in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Management of State-Owned Assets”, Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On Specifics of Regulating the Activities of Legal Entities of Certain Organizational and Legal Forms in the Transition Period and Associations of Legal Entities”, the Procedure for Transformation of a State Enterprise into a Joint-Stock Company, a Limited Liability Company, in which 100 percent of shares (stakes) belong to the state, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 08.09.2025 No. 1104, hereby announces that on February 24, 2026, the management body, represented by the State Forest Resources Agency of Ukraine, pursuant to Order of the State Forest Resources Agency of Ukraine of 24.02.2026 No. 41 (hereinafter referred to as the Order), decided to reorganize the State Specialized Forest Protection Enterprise “Kharkivlisozahyst” by transformation into the Limited Liability Company “Kharkivlisozahyst”, in which 100 percent of shares (stakes) in the authorized capital belong to the state, and appointed a transformation commission.

According to the Order, it is established that the transformation of a state specialized forest protection enterprise is recognized as a change in the organizational and legal form of the state specialized forest protection enterprise with its termination and the transfer of rights and obligations to the successor company in accordance with the transformation act. All obligations in their entirety transfer to the successor – the Limited Liability Company “Kharkivlisozahyst”.

According to the Order, the deadline for creditors to file their claims against the State Specialized Forest Protection Enterprise “Kharkivlisozahyst” is 2 months from the date of publication of the announcement regarding the decision on termination by reorganization (transformation). Creditor applications will be accepted within 2 (two) months from the date of publication of the announcement regarding the decision on termination by reorganization (transformation) of the Enterprise on the official website https://www.kharkivlisozahyst.gov.ua, including in the form of open data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information”, at the registered office of the Enterprise reorganization commission: 127 Nezalezhnosti St., Pokotylivka village, Kharkiv district, Kharkiv region, 62458.

In such a case, the obligations of the Enterprise to the creditor will be transferred according to the transformation act to the successor – the Limited Liability Company “Kharkivlisozahyst” and will be fulfilled by the latter according to the terms stipulated in the legal transaction concluded between such creditor and the Enterprise.

If a creditor has not submitted a written demand to the Enterprise within the specified period, it is considered that the creditor does not require the company to perform additional actions regarding obligations towards them.

Information regarding the start of the transformation procedure and the acceptance of creditor applications was published on 03.03.2026 on the website https://www.kharkivlisozahyst.gov.ua.
